Background
Not sure what an Internet Exchange Point is? It's where networks meet to swap traffic directly — faster, cheaper, and more efficient than routing through a third party.
Policy Statement
We peer with network operators at all our IX locations whenever it makes sense for both sides. Where possible, we'll set up multiple sessions for added redundancy.
Peering Requirements
Valid ASN
Use a registered public autonomous system (AS) number.
PeeringDB Record
Publish valid contact information via PeeringDB.
IRR Records
Maintain accurate prefix and ASN records in an IRR.
Traffic Policy
Only send traffic destined to prefixes we advertise.
Peering on Internet Exchanges
GB Network Solutions has an open peering policy. We welcome peering with anyone who wishes to connect at any of the Internet Exchange Points below:
BGP sessions should be established for both IPv4 and IPv6 when available.
